More Than Our Experiences


I thank God that we’re not bound to live by our experiences alone. Our experiences assist us in learning more about ourselves, and the world around us. Furthermore, our experiences & daily encounters shed light on the beliefs & thoughts that we’ve chosen to practice – or, the ones that hold us captive…healthy or unhealthy.

We’re each left with the responsibility of searching deep within ourselves – courageously facing & clearing the impact (debris) from experiences that leave us with a poor/false self-image, or – with feelings of being unloved. This arduous act of self-examination…is self-love. It affirms – we are more than our experiences.

Divine love, the unconditional principal that validates self-awareness & self-acceptance is primary as we seek to define who we are.

Welcome your cleansing breath – your healing breath. Engage its impact…do it again & again…& again.
