The Journey of Forgiveness…

The Journey of Forgiveness is a response to the voice of inner truths, briefly appearing within anyone of us before it vanishes within the clouds of distraction (unforgiveness). ~Stormie Steele

Right Where We Are…

Life often meets us right where we are.
Whatever the encounter or challenges, each one holds a particular message that encourages our individual growth – right where we are.

Before we allow ourselves to get caught off guard within an experience, it behooves us to pay the closest attention to thoughts, beliefs and behavior. This is where we’re able to gain insight, right where we are.

Those things that are not within our understanding to grasp, trust…in its season – perhaps we will. If not, continue the journey with peace of mind.

Wherever you are in your present state of being, trust that life is meeting you right where you are.

Wishing you balance & well-being. ~Storm

Breathe…

Let’s breathe together and bring health of mind, body, spirit into present view. Deep breathing benefits your overall state of being!

In your comfortable place of quiet – relax your body…empty the contents of your mind. Inhale slowly, naturally and deeply through your nose with your full body engaged…counting to 7 – hold for 3…exhale through your mouth slowly and relaxed counting to 10.

The more you allow yourself to breathe deeply, the more you open your body, your mind and your spirit for clarity, peace and calm. With each breath, remind yourself of what really matters. Example – the importance of releasing stress from your body! The importance of releasing whatsoever is not within your charge to handle! The importance of releasing anything/anybody that dare distract you from entering into Divine rest…peace!

Again. Inhale slowly, naturally and deeply through your nose – full body engaged…counting to 7 – hold for 3…exhale through your mouth slowly and relaxed counting to 10. Repeat several times, and over and over throughout your day.

“Breathing affects your respiratory, cardiovascular, neurological, gastrointestinal, muscular, and psychic systems, and also has a general affect on your sleep, memory, ability to concentrate, and your energy levels.” ~Donna Farhi The Breathing Book

Reminders

I accept what’s mine to handle, I release all other concerns. I accept what’s mine to handle, I release all other concerns. I accept what’s mine to handle, I release all other concerns. I accept what’s mine to handle, I release all other concerns. You can always create your own mantras.

Your breath is invaluable, it brings peace & healing – use it wisely.

Live wise, live well and breathe deeply. ~Storm

Healing Wind…

Breathe in slowly, welcome the healing wind of your breath.

Slowly, naturally and relaxed.

The healing wind of your breath is very real. The healing wind of your breath is release. Can you hear it…can you feel it?

Breathe in slowly, welcome the healing wind of your breath.

Live wise, live well and breathe deeply. ~Storm
